BEAUTY IS ABOUT PERCEPTION

February 4th 2010 in Project 365

What is a face, really?
Its own photo? Its make-up?
Or is it a face as painted by such or such painter?
That which is in front? Inside? Behind? And the rest?
Doesn’t everyone look at himself in his own particular way?
Deformations simply do not exist.

- PABLO PICASSO

And the randomness continues… Pictured above: All bareMinerals products: Foundation – Golden Medium, Warmth All-Over Face Color, Mini Kabuki brush, and Full Flawless Face Brush. Yes, bareMinerals is love. However, if you happen to wander over to the bareMinerals site, don’t bother to shade match online. The pictures really don’t do the product justice. It’s the color quality that bothers me. A lack of warm tones maybe? I dunno… You can even compare my picture to theirs, the colors don’t match up. (And I’m sorry, but their Warmth looks like dirt in a jar. :p)
