I AM NOT A GLUTTON – I AM AN EXPLORER OF FOOD.
For me, it’s always been an adventure in the kitchen. Everyone knows I’m no Martha Stewart, but I do have my days when I feel like baking something sweet. I’m a huge fan of desserts, esp. the pretty and whimsical kind, so when Helen’s birthday came up I decided to bake her some Mini Red Velvet Cupcake Pops. This is the first time I made ‘em. Omg they were suuuuper sweet. It’s a good thing that they were tiny cuz I can’t even imagine the sugar rush for a normal-sized cupcake.

It took forever and a day to crumble up this red velvet cake.

Mixing in the whipped cream cheese frosting. Doing it by hand is totally icky, but it’s the easiest way to do this.

What up with the Saturn-shaped one in the back? Haha

Dipping the bottom half into the chocolate candy melts.
This was the first time I used candy melts…
I so hate them.

We’re messy.
(And I know this isn’t relevant,
but I just realized that my sister is wearing my hoodie!)

Dipping the top half into the vanilla candy melts.

We stuck them in styrofoam so that they can harden.
Btw, don’t ever use this cheapy green crap.
It makes a dusty green mess everywhere. ![]()

Posing with mini cupcakes is just silly!

I on the other hand, like to talk to mine.
Well, at least the ones with faces. ![]()

They may not be perfect, but at least they’re edible!
Haha
